Shipping Internal AI Tooling for Faster Research
Scoped and launched an internal workflow that used AI to accelerate synthesis, reduce repetitive analysis, and tighten product feedback loops.
Opportunity
Research material was scattered across docs, calls, notes, and message threads. Teams were repeating synthesis work because prior context was hard to retrieve and hard to trust.
Solution
I defined the workflow, shaped the use cases, and worked closely with builders to create a system that turned raw inputs into reusable summaries and structured outputs.
Result
The tool did not replace judgment. It made judgment easier by reducing the time spent finding, organizing, and reframing prior context.
Lesson
Internal tools matter most when they improve the quality and speed of everyday decisions, not just when they demonstrate new technology.
